Please note that all customized products sold by Tess & Co. Art are custom-made and tailored to individual orders. Due to their unique nature, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail, and we cannot resell or reuse them once they have been created.

Before placing an order, please make sure to review our product descriptions, sizing charts, and materials used to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing your order so we can help clarify any issues.

By purchasing a customized product from Tess & Co. Art, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-return or exchange policy.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you determine that the products you received were damaged or in a defective condition, please contact us immediately at info@tessandcoart.com and provide any video or photo to clearly indicate the problem within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Please do not return the merchandise back without contacting us first, otherwise, we will not make any exchange or refund for you.

After receiving the defective or damaged merchandise, we will inspect it, and we will exchange a non-defective replacement product (at our expense) or make a full refund for you.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
