We ship out orders Monday through Friday (using Canada Post, CanPar, Purolator or USPS). Shipping is a flat fee of $19 within Ontario, Canada. Other provinces and countries are subject to a higher shipping fee.
Processing Times
On average orders are shipped within 48 hours or the next business day. Shipping is not processed on weekends. All shipping orders are shipped from our business. If you ordered a pre-ordered or custom item, your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item is ready and approved by you.
Shipping Times
We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package leaves our business it is out of our control. On average with orders within Ontario arrive within 4-7 business days (5-7 business days outside Ontario). Again, this is just on average and there are no guarantees.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking for your shipment. Sometimes its estimates are incorrect and it estimates arrival sooner than it will happen. If the tracking is not updating after five business day, please reach out and we will look into it for you.
